our story…

The origin of RoDon Corporation was initially generated in 1985 in observing a marketplace opportunity which culminated in the design and development of a fire hydrant locator which subsequently became known as the Hydrafinder™. However we knew at the time that the continued growth and success of the company would require the development and design of additional marketplace applications that would incorporate and complement the exisiting product line. Based on that belief, over the last 35 years, Rodon Corporation has successfully expanded its original product line to include high-visibility locating devices for multiple industry applications requiring Exact Location Versus “Proximity” Location Purposes.

In briefly describing our company, RoDon Corporation is currently recognized as a major manufacturer and assembler of what is referred to in the industry as “Critical high-visibility above ground locating devices”. Over the past number of years we have found that our product line has continued to expand and establish itself into areas of a changing marketplace. In addressing these changes, we have continually worked with our nationwide distributors in responding to their challenging customer requirements.
