Description: The V-Lock was designed to limit access to 2” operating nuts on gate valves underground. The device is lowered down into the 6” tube of a gate valve and placed over the operating nut with a special tool called the V-Lock Wrench. Once placed over the operating nut the V-lock remains in position to limit the on and off of the gate valve or zone valve in the distribution system.

Component Material: A356 Aluminum heat treated to T-6 Temper.

Applications: Zone Valves, Gate Valves, most operating nuts with a 2” square operating nut. Typical application would be a valve or component installed 3 feet or deeper.

Description: The V-Lockwrench was designed to work with our V-Lock device to install and remove the V-lock. The V-Lock Wrench assembly also includes an adjustable 4-6’pole that is attached to the wrench head which allows to deeper installations.
